LAN Airlines serves the following destinations as of March 2012, including destinations served by LANExpress. For destinations solely served by other subsidiaries, see LAN Perú, LAN Argentina, LAN Ecuador and LAN Colombia. LAN Airlines does an average of 430 international and 450 domestic flights per week, (881).

Since 1 April 2011, LAN Airlines has stopped flying to some destinations (Brasília, Cartagena De Indias, San Francisco, Toronto-Pearson, Havana and Paris-CDG), reduce frequencies (Sydney, Frankfurt, Papeete, and Easter Island/Hanga Roa), and postpone the start of some of its planned new destinations (London-LHR) due to high oil prices.
