The Laclede Gas Building is a 31-story, 122 m (400 ft) skyscraper in Downtown St. Louis, Missouri. All power for the building is generated in-house using natural gas burning generators by its primary occupant, Laclede Gas Company.
In November 2007 Hertz Investment Group bought the building for US$10.5 million from its owner Sterling American Property Inc.[4]
