Lactobacillus acidipiscis is a species in the genus Lactobacillus. It is a homofermentative, rod-shaped lactic acid bacteria. Its type strain is FS60-1T (= PCU 207T = NRIC 0300T = HSCC 1411T = JCM 10692T = TISTR 1386T).[1]
