Lacy Neff is an on-air personality at WVAQ radio station in Morgantown, West Virginia, United States. Neff was awarded the National Association of Broadcasters' Marconi Award for Small Market Personality Of The Year twice, first in 2006 and again in 2009.[1][2] In 2013, he was diagnosed with a rare disease called amyloidosis, which was attacking his heart.[3][4]
