The Lady Eliza Victoria Spencer (born 10 July 1992) is the second daughter of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer and his first wife, Victoria Lockwood.[1] She was a niece of Diana, Princess of Wales, and is a cousin of Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry. She and Lady Amelia Spencer are twins.[2]

In 2008, Lady Eliza's boyfriend, Christopher Elliot, 17, was killed in a car crash in Cape Town, South Africa.[3][4]
