Lake Placid vs. Anaconda is a 2015 American made-for-television horror comedy film directed by A. B. Stone from a screenplay written by Berkeley Anderson. The film is a crossover between the Lake Placid and Anaconda franchises. It is the fifth installment in both their respective series. Robert Englund reprises his role as Jim Bickerman, who has survived his attack from the crocodiles in Lake Placid: The Final Chapter, and Yancy Butler reprises her role as Reba from Lake Placid 3 and Lake Placid: The Final Chapter.[1][2] The film premiered on Syfy on April 25, 2015[3][4] and released on DVD on August 4, 2015.
Plot
When Murdoch’s daughter and Jim Bickerman unwittingly unleash Blood Orchid enhanced anacondas and the crocodiles of Black Lake on the neighboring Clear Lake, it’s up to Sheriff Reba and Fish & Game warden Tully to save a group of vacationing sorority girls and put an end to this madness once and for all.
