Lam Tai-fai, SBS, JP (Chinese: 林大輝, born 1959) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Functional constituency, Industrial (Second)). He is also an appointed member of the Shatin District Council and serves on the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.[1][2][3]
Lam Tai-fai was formerly managing director of Peninsula Knitters Ltd, a textiles and garment company owned by Henry Tang, the Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong. He has also sponsored a secondary school in Sha Tin, named Lam Tai-fai College, which he supervises.[4]
Politics and political positions
In June 2010, he voted in favour of the government's 2012 constitutional reform package.[5]
