Lance Palmer
Lance Palmer is a former amateur wrestler and current mixed martial arts fighter.
High school career
Palmer was a four-time OHSAA state wrestling champion for St. Edward High School (Lakewood, Ohio) where he completed a record of 150-6 and won a senior national championship.[1]
His high school career was documented in the move "Pinned."[1]
College career
In 2010, Palmer was champion of the Big Ten Conference and NCAA runner-up.[2]
Over his career, Palmer was a four-time All-American.[3]
Mixed martial arts career
Palmer is the former featherweight champion for the World Series of Fighting.[4]
Coaching
Palmer is an assistant coach at Virginia Tech.[5]
