Larion Serghei (born March 11, 1952) is a Romanian sprint canoer who competed in the late 1970s. He won a bronze medal in the K-2 500 m event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal.
Serghei also won two medals at the 1975 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Belgrade with a silver in the K-2 1000 m and a bronze in the K-2 500 m events.
