Larry Guidi

Larry Guidi is a former Mayor of Hawthorne, California.

Born in Los Angeles to Italian immigrant parents, Larry Guidi spent his early career in the private sector, acquiring experience in international trade, investments, business, real estate, property and construction management. He served two years as a Hawthorne City Council Member before being elected as Mayor of the City of Hawthorne in 1993. Guidi and his wife Marilyn have four daughters and two sons-in-law. He has four grandchildren.[1]

After stealing a commercial food mixer from his employer, Guidi lost his job with the Hawthorne School District. Guidi had a history of other questionable dealings.[2]
