Larry Douglas Kump[2] (born January 27, 1948 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania) is an American politician and a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates representing District 59 since January 12, 2013. Kump served consecutively from January 2011 until January 2013 in the District 52 seat. In May 2014 he lost the Republican primary to 17-year-old, Saira Blair.[3]

Education

Kump earned his associate degree from Hagerstown Community College and his BS degree in political science from Frostburg State University.

Elections

In the 2016 election, Kump is running for the 15th District seat in the West Virginia Senate currently held by Craig Blair.[9]
