Ellen meets with a social worker and Timmy's relatives to discuss Timmy's situation. Ellen suggests Timmy remain on the Miller farm until the Clausens see an improvement in their circumstances. The Clausens accept Ellen's suggestion, believing it will be best for Timmy.
