Laura Asadauskaitė-Zadneprovskienė (born February 28, 1984) is a female Lithuanian modern pentathlete who competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and won the gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London and achieved an Olympic record score.

In 2009 she married modern pentathlete Andrejus Zadneprovskis, who has been twice an Olympic medallist and twice World Champion. In 2010 she gave birth to a daughter.[2]
