Le'Auntray Burch (born December 26, 1990) is an American screenwriter and filmmaker best known as the creator of the music video series Hot Video Countdown and teen drama Lakeland. He is also the owner of The BWE Media Networks.[1]

Born in Suffolk, Virginia, Burch is an only child of Linda Mosley and Christopher Burch. He has one half sister and four step-siblings.

Productions

In late 2013 he launched The BWE Studios, his production company he started in collaboration with actor Michael Copon. Burch relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2014 and has announced the first series being released from his studio will premiere Fall 2015.

Hot Video Countdown

The studio's flagship series is Hot Video Countdown, a daily music video countdown series. Viewers who vote online or text in their votes will see there favorite videos make the top 5 countdown of the day, in addition to celebrity interviews and live performances. The show is hosted by Josh Skinner (On Air with Ryan Seacrest), actress Brit Sheridan (Kate, Supernatural), actor and model Sam Sarpong and Deja Riley, daughter of music legend Teddy Riley. The series premieres October 2015.[2]

Lakeland

Lakeland follows the lives of several diverse students attending Lakeland High School.[3] After the mysterious death of head cheerleader Hailey Graham, their stories begin to connect as we follow their journey in love, loss and secrets. The series is a collaboration from The BWE Studios and actor Michael Copon's production company, Michael Copon Studios.[4]

Just Famous

Just Famous follows Kara Crane as Leah, young, naive and innocent who moves to Hollywood with big dreams of being a famous actress. She rooms with several other roommates, an aspiring actor, model and director. We follow there journey to make it big in the industry, and what some will do for there 15 minutes of fame.
