The red-sided curly-tailed lizard (Leiocephalus schreibersii), also known as the Hispaniolan curlytail lizard, is a common lizard species native to the Caribbean, though an established introduced population can be found in southern Florida. This lizard is active during the day and feeds mainly on insects.
