Lena Urbaniak (born 31 October 1992 in Schwäbisch Gmünd[2]) is a German athlete specialising in the shot put.[3] She won the gold medal at the 2015 Summer Universiade.
Her personal bests in the event are 18.00 metres outdoors (Gwangju 2015) and 17.79 metres indoors (Karlsruhe 2015).
In her youth she also competed in gymnastics, handball and karate.[2]
