Lens Records is a Chicago-based record label founded by Robert Hyman[1] to support and distribute the works of artists who preferred to work with a smaller, artist-driven label. The label has released a variety of work in different genres.[2]
Combining a love of music and a fascination with the endless possibilities of experimental music – Lens Records seeks to establish itself as an open-minded outlet for artists who may not have an opportunity to release their music on any other label. Lens seeks artists who have a passion for creating music they love and the determination to endure and overcome the obstacles they face in presenting that music to the world.
