Lepidonotothen squamifrons, the Grey rockcod, is a species of cod icefish native to the Southern Ocean where it can be found at depths of from 10 to 900 metres (33 to 2,953 ft) though it is most often found between 192 and 312 metres (630 and 1,024 ft). This species grows to a length of 55 centimetres (22 in) TL though most are only around 35 centimetres (14 in). This species is of minor importance to commercial fisheries.[1]
