Leptodactylus pustulatus is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, freshwater marshes, pastureland, rural gardens, urban areas, and ponds.
