Let's Get Ready is the fourth hip hop solo album by New Orleans-based rapper Mystikal, released on September 26, 2000. The album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, selling 330,663 copies in its first week [5] It has sold approximately 2,227,536 copies and was certified double platinum in the U.S.[6][7] It peaked at 44 on the Canadian album chart and was certified gold (50,000 units exported.)[8] The album featured Mystikal's two biggest singles, "Shake Ya Ass", which peaked at #13 on the Billboard Hot 100, and "Danger (Been So Long)", which peaked at #14. It serves as Mystikal's first album since parting ways with No Limit Records

In popular culture
- "Shake Ya Ass" was featured in the film About a Boy (2002) as a song for the main protagonist, who really enjoys; it gives him more respect in his school for having the album, which was given to him by his older friend played by Hugh Grant.
- It was also heard in the film Scary Movie 2 (2001), as well as in the 2008's video game Grand Theft Auto IV.
- "Neck Uv Da Woods" was featured in the film The Wood (1999).
- Both track "Shake Ya Ass" and "Mystikal Fever" were featured in the Jet Li's film Kiss of the Dragon (2001).
- "Danger" was featured on many occasions on the Daily Show with John Oliver doing his dangerdance. It was also used for the last seconds of the last segment featuring John Oliver (doing his dangerdance) on December 19, 2013.[12]
