Libertarianism.org

Libertarianism.org is a website supported by the Cato Institute that aims to be a source on the history, theory, and practice of libertarianism. The website was developed by Aaron Ross Powell, who works for the Cato Institute. It was launched in November 2011.[1]

Features

Videos and multimedia

The website features videos from the 1970s to the present, many of which were recorded using videotapes and later uploaded to the Internet for the first time by libertarianism.org.[2] This includes video of Murray Rothbard, Friedrich Hayek, Milton Friedman, Joan Kennedy Taylor, Ron Paul, David Friedman, David Boaz, Walter E. Williams, Gordon Tullock, James M. Buchanan, and others.

Backgrounders

The website has an introduction to libertarianism, pages on the history of libertarianism and key people in the libertarian movement, and a reading list of pro- and anti-libertarian literature.

Blog

The site has a regularly updated blog that covers theoretical and philosophical issues related to libertarianism.[3]
