Lick Me I'm Delicious is a United Kingdom-based ice cream company known for exotic products including an ice cream made with jellyfish protein with a price of more than US$200 per scoop and a machine that produce edible mists available in 200 flavors.[2] The company was founded in 2011.[3]

History

The company was founded in 2011 by food inventor Charlie Harry Francis.[4] In 2014, the company created an edible mist machine which emits flavored mists that taste like various foods and have no calories. These machines can be purchased for $8400 and they can be rented in the UK.[5][6]
