Liechtensteiner Volksblatt
The Liechtensteiner Volksblatt is the older of the two daily newspapers in Liechtenstein. It is published by the Liechtensteiner Volksblatt AG and has a circulation of 9,000 copies (2015).Thursday is distributed a large print run with a circulation of 21,000 copies. [1] The editorial office is located in Schaan.
History

The newspaper was first published on 16 August 1878 [2] and was the Press Association Liechtensteiner Volksblatt postponed. Initiator and first editor (until 1884) was the royal chaplainJohann Fetz. [3] Until 1918, that was Volksblatt a weekly newspaper, from 1919 it appeared twice, in 1927 three times, four times in 1962, in 1978 five times a week. Since January 1985, published daily (except Sunday).
The newspaper of the Oberland is considered conservative and joined the Princely House. She is the Progressive Citizens' Party near.
