Limketkai Mall (Chinese: 林市場偕中心) is the biggest shopping mall in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. It is owned and developed by Limketkai Sons, Inc., the largest factory and business district developer in the city. Located in the city's central business district, particularly within the mixed-use 40 hectare Limketkai Center in Barangay Lapasan, the sprawling, two story mall has more than 500 tenants.

Home of 'many firsts' in the city, it offers local, national and international brands of boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, fitness centers and health clinics. The mall is estimated of having more than 135,000 gross floor area exclusive of recent expansions.[1][2]

Shops

Limketkai Mall's anchor stores consist of two Robinsons supermarkets, Shopwise hypermarket, Robinsons department store, Handyman and Robinsons Cagayan de Oro, the first Robinsons commercial mall in Mindanao.

Entertainment

Limketkai Mall is home to an activity venue called the Atrium. It can accommodate 3500 people, and has hosted various local, national and international events in the city. The Rotunda is also an event venue, drawing large crowds especially on weekends.

The mall houses two cinemas (previously four) featuring Dolby Atmos, the first in Mindanao.[3] It is also home to World of Fun, a gaming arcade outlet.

Rosario Arcade, an alfresco area, which underwent recent expansion, has been a night life and dining destination in the city. Another upscale 24/7 alfresco strip called Gateway Park is now under construction.

Since its opening in 1992, Limketkai Mall has been under constant renovation and expansions. Most notable is the general renovation in the early 2000s, when the mostly 1-level open air mall was converted into a 2-level fully air-conditioned mall. Most recent expansions include the new East Concourse and East Annex building which now houses high-end fashion and lifestyle shops, as well as value-hypermarket Shopwise.

The Green Lane is a new expansion for shops, connecting the East Concourse to the South Concourse, and surrounding the Atrium. The new glass-clad promenade was built directly above the South Promenade and is lined with trees and plants, and is targeted as an upscale greenbelt corner.

The Limketkai Skywalk connects the mall to other areas of the complex, such as the Limketkai Luxe Hotel and Gateway Tower.

More high-end shops, restaurants and additional two cinemas will open once the expansion is finished. A two story carpark building with leasable space fronting Robinsons Cagayan de Oro is now under construction.
