Lin Chen-yi (Chinese: 林鎮夷; pinyin: Lín Zhènyí) is a military personnel in the Republic of China. He was the Chief of the General Staff of the Republic of China Armed Forces in 2009–2013,[2] and also the last 4-star admiral/general in the military after the new law that claims "to promoted as the 4-star general/admiral must have been in wartime".[3]
