Line 3 of the Harbin Metro (Chinese: 哈尔滨地铁三号线; pinyin: Hāěrbīn Dìtiě Sān Hào Xiàn) a rapid transit line running in circle around central Harbin. Currently under environmental evaluation since 2 March 2012 and stated for construction in 2014. Phase I will be operational by 2015. Line 3 will be 37.6km km long with 32 stations.[1]
