Lionel Leong or Leong Vai Tac (Chinese: 梁維特; born June 1962), is the Secretary of Economy and Finance of Macau, third most senior government official in Macau.
Leong was born on December 1964 in Macau. He received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from University of Waterloo. Leong was formerly a trade commissioner for the Macanese government.
