Lipkeidae is a small family of cnidarians in the order Stauromedusae or stalked jellyfish. It has only one genus, Lipkea.

According to the World Register of Marine Species, there are only three species in this family and genus:[2]
- Lipkea ruspoliana Vogt, 1886
- Lipkea stephensoni Carlgren, 1933
- Lipkea sturdzi (Antipa, 1893)
