Liptena orubrum, the Large Black Liptena, is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda and Tanzania.[2] The habitat consists of forests.
