The following is a list of episodes of the ABS-CBN soap opera entitled Bituing Walang Ningning.

The series aired for a total of 21 weeks with 5 episodes per week. A total of 104 episodes were aired from May 15, 2006 to October 6, 2006. The September 29 episode was a replay of the episode from the day before; the replay was aired due to a widespread power outage in the Philippines on Thursday in the wake of typhoon Milenyo.

	Lavinia visits Dorina, further cementing Dorina's devotion to the up-and-coming singer. Dorina tells Adora and Bencho that she's now president of Lavinia's fanclub. Nico begins his pursuit of Lavinia, but she turns him down because she does not mix business with pleasure. Oman becomes aware of his romantic interest in Dorina. Rosamia learns that Larry has warned other players in the industry against giving her projects.

	Rosamia tries to get a gig in Cebu, but Larry learns about it and sends his assistant Libby to threaten Rosamia with a lawsuit. Lavinia once again turns Nico down when he asks her out. Dorina is invited to become the soloist of the church choir.

	Oman and Dorina go for a fun day at the arcade, but Dorina is still oblivious to Oman's feelings. Dorina and Rita, Lavinia's sister meet when Rita sees Dorina waiting outside their subdivision gate. Adora gets tickets to Rosamia's concert, while Dorina sneaks out to watch Lavinia's concert. Due to hunger and heat, Dorina faints at Lavinia's concert. Nico catches her and escorts her home after she recovers. Oman is jealous when he sees Nico bringing Dorina home.

	Rosamia's concert is considered a flop in the entertainment press. Dorina learns that Oman has a secret crush on someone, but she doesn't realize that it's her. Rosamia tells her friend and record producer Zossimo that her savings have been wiped out. At his advice, she sees Larry but he rejects her and says she's now nothing. Dorina sneaks out but Adora learns that Dorina has gone to see Lavinia without permission.

	Dorina is repentant and suffers the silent treatment from Adora. Rosamia and Lavinia face off in the ladies room as Lavinia taunts Rosamia. Emilio grows desperate and considers joining the prisoners who are plotting a prison break. Rosamia tries one more time to see Larry, but despite her pleading, he still keeps her career on ice. Nico confesses his growing feelings for Lavinia. Adora is unable to bear Dorina's sorrow and she finally forgives her daughter.

	Oman is dismayed by Dorina's views on relationships. Dorina joins the church's choir as their soloist. Rosamia is drawn to the sound of Dorina's singing. Emilio is injured when he helps the guards thwart a prison break. Lavinia's dislike of Dorina intensifies while Dorina's admiration for Lavinia continues to grow.

	Lavinia confronts her mother and learns that Barbara takes half of her talent fees for herself. Rita asks Lavinia why she doesn't just leave, especially since her career and income are now stable.

	Larry agrees to release Rosamia from her contract for P2.0 million pesos. Dorina and the band rehearse, but Dorina is tense and worried about the finals of Star In A Million.

	Zossimo approaches Dorina to ask if she would be interested in becoming a singer with LaCalma Recording. The band members are dismayed because they think she'll decide to go solo. Nico pays a surprise visit to Lavinia and is unhappy when she can't go out with him that night.

	Gary professes his feelings to Dorina publicly. Dorina is upset at being put on the spot. Lavinia, Barbara, and Rita are at the mall and Lavinia is being mobbed by fans. They see Rosamia, and Lavinia cannot resist the urge to talk to her former mentor. Rosamia sees through Lavinia's sugary attempts at friendship, and rebuffs her former student. Lavinia's fans are upset and come to her defense.

	Lavinia goes on a date with Nico, and turns off her cellphone so they are not disturbed. Barbara is furious with Lavinia, but is shocked into silence when Lavinia reveals that Nico has proposed marriage. Barbara connives with Larry to convince Lavinia that marrying Nico will mean the end of her career. Dorina misses band practice and the band members criticize Gary for his actions. Gary makes amends. Lavinia visits Larry's office and is threatened to learn that Dorina will be signing a contract with LaCalma.

	Emilio is released from prison. Nico and Zossimo realize that Larry used Dorina to frighten Lavinia into turning down Nico's proposal. A furious Nico punches Larry in the face. Rosamia loses money in a theft. Emilio finds a place to stay and a new job as a taxi driver. Adora gives Dorina a new cellphone. Jack meets Rita and is immediately smitten. Nico and Zossimo start a new company to launch a rival singer to outshine Lavinia. They pick Dorina as their first artist.

	Zossimo and Nico move ahead with their plans to sign Dorina. Dorina agrees to join Zoni as long as they include the band, and do not position her against Lavinia. Rosamia, Emilio, and Dorina just barely miss seeing each other at church. Lavinia assures Larry that there's no turning back now, she is committed to her career. Larry's new contract for Lavinia prevents her from marrying or having children for the next five years. "Dorina and The Halo" arrive at Zoni's office to review their contract.

	The mallshows of "Dorina and The Halo" are wildly successful. Lavinia's album hits triple platinum and she starts endorsing "Diva," a new fragrance. Rosamia's employees leave her because she can no longer pay them. Emilio's search for "Doris" bears no fruit. Jack overcomes his bad first impression with Rita by teaching her a few guitar tricks. Nico tells Lavinia that she's the one he loves. Jay tells Gary it's obvious that Dorina is the only one Zoni want.

	Circumstances force Rosamia to sell her videoke for less than it's worth. Lavinia loses a gig to Dorina. Jay and Chris quit the band. Lavinia tries but fails to seduce Nico into dropping Dorina. Jack asks Rita to join the band as a guitarist. At Rita's request, Dorina agrees not to say a word about Rita playing on the band to anyone, even Lavinia. Dorina learns that a song she wants to use was composed by Rosamia.

Zossimo informs Adora and Dorina that his detectives have found Rosamia. Nico learns from an advertiser that Larry has dropped Lavinia's rates.

	Gary reiterates his interest in Dorina. Rosamia becomes hostile when Zossimo asks for her help with a new singer. Dorina tells Zossimo she needs to have Rosamia's song in her album. Nico tells Zossimo Larry stole one of Dorina's projects. Nico assures Lavinia he won't stop until her career is over. Rita reluctantly tells Barbara who Jack is. Oman and Dorina are happily reunited. Nico approves Dorina's suggestion to get Rosamia as her voice coach.

	Lavinia warns Rita to stay away from Jack. Oman learns that Gary is courting Dorina. Barbara wants to hire Oscar to print bad press about Dorina. Rosamia agrees to sell one song to Zossimo for P50K and to coach Dorina at P3K per session. Adora enters a cab and finds Emilio driving it! Emilio is upset with himself for letting Adora slip away. Nico tells Dorina she's the new endorser of Jollibee! Emilio sees Rosamia but is not able to follow her.

	Dorina assures Oman he's her only best friend. Dorina goes to her Jollibee pictorials. Emilio continues his search. Lavinia accuses Dorina of deceit. Dorina quits. Lavinia basks in her success. Dorina agrees to return to fulfill existing commitments, but still insists on quitting. Lavinia fumes in her seat when Dorina sings her signature song at a party. Lavinia calls Dorina a second-rate, trying hard copycat and throws wine at Dorina's face.

	Dorina escapes from the party, sobbing. Nico tells Dorina that Lavinia has changed. Larry tells Lavinia they have to do damage control. In a talkshow, Dorina explains that she sang Lavinia's song as a way of showing her gratitude and respect. At her own press conference, Lavinia says Dorina is out to destroy her career. Dorina learns the extent of Lavinia's deceit, and decides to start fighting back until she claims Lavinia's success as her own.

	Lavinia instructs Larry to accept every offer. Adora is horrified when Emilio walks into her restaurant for a meal. Emilio's friend suggests that he look for Adora at the church where he once saw her. Zossimo escorts Dorina to her first voice lesson with Rosamia. Dorina gently nags Rosamia about her drinking and is pleased when Rosamia listens. Dorina learns that Rosamia has a daughter named Emilia Rose who is now gone.

	Rosa Mia’s delighted that Dorina is sincerely concerned about her health. After Dorina hears Rosa Mia’s sad story, she offers to be Rosa Mia’s surrogate daughter which made Rosa Mia very happy. Barbara gets the services of Oscar, a reporter, to help destroy Dorina’s reputation. Bombi helps Emilio track down Adora. Dorina’s band welcomes its newest member – Rita.

	Oscar starts a smear campaign against Dorina. Adora and Barbara get into a catfight, giving Oscar more basis for another article. Emilio starts waiting around the Baclaran church. Emilio spots Adora at the church but Adora gets away again. Now that Emilio knows Doris’ real name is Adora, he goes back to Madam Rosa’s flower shop and looks for any former employees of the same name.

	Nico offers Dorina and her family use of Rosa Mia’s old mansion. Oman is not excited at the thought of Dorina moving away. A little mix-up delays Emilio’s search. Dorina has a successful mall show to promote her album. Lavinia has an autograph signing on the same day. Barbara checks out Dorina's mallshow and sees Rita performing with Dorina's band onstage.

	After the show, Barbara goes backstage and drags Rita home, where she brutally punishes Rita for being a 'traitor.' Dorina and her family move into their new house. Emilio continues his search and encounters Oman. He asks Oman if he knows where Adora Pineda lives. Oman and Minda tell Adora about a stranger asking about her. Oman starts to distance himself from Dorina.

	Oman tries to learn the guitar. Rita tells Jack she can't see him anymore. Rosamia rejects Dorina's offer to move back into her former home. Lavinia confronts Barbara about her bank account balance. Barbara makes Rita drop out of school and takes her cellphone.

	Emilio goes through the audience entrance and spots Oman. He follows and eventually finds the studio where Dorina is singing on stage. He sits down to listen. Adora comes in to listen also. Emilio realizes that Adora is standing right next to him and grabs her. Lavinia tells Larry Barbara should no longer control her career. Adora is forced to hire Emilio as Dorina's driver. Emilio decides to hide the truth from Dorina.

	Emilio starts working as Dorina's driver. Emilio tells Adora he doesn't want to risk Dorina's career by telling people her father is an ex-con. Dorina and Lavinia release new albums and both are sold out. Larry spends more than he should to promote Lavinia. Lavinia throws out a reporter when he says surveys show Dorina is now #1. Gary refuses to let Oman join the band, even though he's learned the guitar. Oman feels the distance between him and Dorina widening.

	Larry sits with a half-drunk Lavinia after her party. He quietly tells her he loves her. Dorina visits Oman and finds him asleep and his guitar destroyed. Oman can't admit to Dorina that he's upset because he thinks she's now unreachable. Emilio slips up and calls Dorina 'anak' and is pleased when she says she likes the sound of it. Jack visits Rita and insists on talking to her. Minda finds a large mass on the back of Adora's shoulder.

	Adora dismisses Minda's concerns about her health. Emilio is shocked to learn that Rosamia is Dorina's voice coach. Oman starts to feel insecure around Gary. Jack tells Rita he loves her. Gary asks for Oman's help in his courtship of Dorina. Oman agrees to help, but has no plans of actually helping. Dorina sees the mass on Adora's back.

Adora suggests that Emilio be Dorina's partner for her first dance at her debut. Larry starts buying Lavinia's CDs to accelerate sales. Dorina decides she wants Nico to be her debut escort. Nico agrees to be Dorina's escort. Dorina's birthday guesting on ASAP is a success.

	Dorina celebrates her debut. Lavinia refuses to take a phone call from Larry. Rita warns Lavinia to be careful what she wishes for; she just might get it. Dorina spends her birthday with her family, friends, and fans. Unexpectedly, Rosamia joined her celebration, but seeing Dorina and Adora together reminds her of her loss, and she has a few too many drinks. Dorina starts to suspect that Emilio and Rosamia actually know each other.

	Barbara fails to convince Rita to spy on Dorina for Lavinia. Dorina escapes from her lavish debut party to eat at Jollibee with Adora, Bencho, and Emilio. Barbara and Rita prepare to meet Oscar for another strategy session. Oman gets relationship advice from Lolo Minggoy. Minda finds a new mass on Adora's arm. Dorina visits Rosamia and learns that Emilio is Rosamia's husband—the same husband who lost their daughter all those years ago.

	Oscar tells Barbara and Lavinia that Dorina is adopted, but they don't care. Lavinia refuses to pay him until she sees results, which angers Oscar. Minda and Adora consult a spiritist who says someone has laid a hex on Adora. Barbara finally takes pity on Rita and tells her she's no longer grounded. Lavinia continues to defy Barbara. Dorina sets up a dinner for Rosamia and Emilio, hoping they will reconcile, but things do not go well.

Emilio reveals that Rosa Mia is his wife, much to the surprised of Adora. Nico brought the news that Dorina was nominated for Best New Artist and Best Artist of the Year in an awards show. Lavinia confronts her mother again, but this time she has more angst. Oman and Gary races over to Dorina's house and try to be the first to court her; both boys are disappointed after finding Nico already there. He and Dorina are, apparently, going out to dinner. Nico invites the boys to come with them, but they refuse. Instead they follow Nico and Dorina, who seems suspicious, and is indeed right as she sees the two boys spying on her. Later, Oman comes over to serenade Dorina, but things mess up as Dorina rejects Oman after he confesses his love (again), and Oman leaves in agony.
12.3	"Episode 58"	August 2, 2006
Barbara awaits for Lavinia for she has a taping. But when she asks Rita where her sister is, she said that she already left for taping. Barbara gets out of the house angry and goes to LaCalma's office to talk to Lary about Lavinia. He refused to talk about it, instead he told her to talk to Lavinia about it.
12.4	"Episode 59"	August 3, 2006
Oman asks Lolo for advice on how to get a course in business management, and he's in for a surprise. Dorina goes over to Rosa Mia's house for her usual voice lesson, but no one answers the door. She and Emilio finds Rosa Mia slumped on the sofa, passed out from drunkness. She wakes up with a hang-over and berates Dorina for gettin in her business. Emilio listens secretly to their conversation. Barbara locked herself in her room, and hasn't come out in a day. Lavinia goes to her mother's door, but hesitates and leaves. Dorina invites Oman to the awards show. Larry assures Lavinia she'll win the Best Artist award (through bribery). Lavinia goes to the ball with a long gown, accompanied by Rita, but without Barbara. Dorina wins the Best New Artist (obviously), and Lavinia is annoyed. As the award for Best Artist is announced, Lavinia leans over to Libby (Larry's secretary) for her prepared speech. When Kris Lawrence announces the winner, both Dorina and Lavinia stands up (also one of the series' funniest scene). Dorina was announced winner and Lavinia stood up in anticipation. Dorina dedicates the award to Lavinia, who walks out afterwards. Later, Oman sees Dorina and Nico in a hug, and leaves without showing his face. Meanwhile, Lavinia trashes the restaurant where she was supposed to hold her victory party. She sinksto the floor and cries in agony, while Larry comes over to comfort her.
12.5	"Episode 60"	August 4, 2006
Dorina celebrates her surprise victory. Zossimo tells Nico that was supposed to be the winner, regardless of the bribery, and that it was discovered by one of the award judges and therefore disqualified Lavinia. Larry tells the same thing to Lavinia, who gets mad at Larry and starts to blame and hit him. Dorina and Emilio goes over to Oman to show her award and invites Oman to the victory party, but Oman declines. Larry again comforts Lavinia; he assured her that nothing bad will happen to her again. Larry comes closer and kisses Lavinia. She stops him and Larry confesses his love. Lavinia leaves. Barbara taunts Lavinia and she remarks that it was the start of Lavinia's downfall. Barbara tells Oscar (the publicist) that she's planning to bring Lavinia down. Dorina invites Rosa Mia for a get together. Libby tells Gary and the band that Larry wants a conference with them. Larry offers them a contract as their own band; Gary declines much to the dismay of the others. Adora suffers a big headache. In a restaurant Oscar makes an offer to Lavinia. Lavinia goes to the powder room; moments later Dorina and Rosa Mia enters the same restaurant. Oscar sees this and points it to Lavinia when she comes back. Lavinia comes over to Dorina and Rosa Mia's table; she tells them that losers do stick together. Dorina tells Rosa Mia that they should go. Lavinia grabs her Dorina's arm and says 'nobody snubs me'. Then she goes on telling Dorina that she used to be Lavinia's fan and that she's a trash. Dorina goes to say that she finally saw Lavinia's true color, and that she's planning to exceed her superstar status. Lavinia then grabs for the nearest glass of water, but Dorina stops her; Dorina instead splashes the water on Lavinia's face and says "A Manos"("We're even").

Dorina leaves her scene with Lavinia. Adora faints. Jay and Chris discuss possible departure from the band, and meets with Larry secretly. Barbara and Lavinia are in an altercation again. Barbara tries to slap her, but it was Lavinia that eventually did it. Barbara is agoged, and rushes off, leaving Lavinia, who is confronted by Rita. Dorina visits Adora in the hospital. She tries to cover up what happened. A montage is shown of Adora being tested and treated. Nico lectures Dorina about what she did to Lavinia. He decides to resolve what happen by repackaging Dorina's CD and announcing a solo concert. Jay tells Larry about Nico's plan, and Larry tells Lavinia that he's going to do the same for her. Barbara packs her things up; she plans to move out. Oman (whose real name is Norman), passes his college entrance exam. Adora still insists she's not sick and waits for her test results. Oscar tries to get scoop from Emilio about Dorina, but Emilio beats him up. Oscar tells Larry about what happen, and threatens to sue. Adora's test result is announced; she has cancer.

Adora tells the nurse that she must be mistaken, but the nurse insist that she's not. Barbara orders Rita to pack up. Rita tries to reason with her mother, but Barbara gets mad. Emilio reports his incident with Oscar to Nico. Lavinia comes home and sees Barbara and Rita's baggage. She confronts them, and eventually throws them out. Emilio corners Rosa Mia in her club and tries to reconcile with her; Rosa Mia tells him to leave. Dorina's guilt over what she did to Lavinia is bothering her, and Adora comforts her. Lavinia invites Larry for breakfast to tell him to sort out her problem with her mother; Larry is annoyed, and Lavinia threatens to leave La Calma. Rita and Barbara settles down in their new place; Barbara plans to find a new talent that will bring Lavinia down. Adora comes home from the hospital; days later she goes to another doctor for second opinion about her health. Cristy Fermin interviews Dorina, who tells her side of story. Lavinia annoyingly watch it, and Larry thinks Nico has scripted the interview. Dorina wants to compromise with Lavinia. Meanwhile, Oman has trouble finding his room in the campus; he asks a beautiful girl for help.

Chris and Jay are late for their band practice, and Gary is suspicious. Lavinia asks Larry to hold her concert on the same day as Dorina's, but Larry is afraid. They break into an argument that eventually leads to Lavinia quitting La Calma. Lavinia is alone in her big house and crying; she throws a picture of her family in grief. Oman tells Dorina about his first day of school. He made a friendship with the girl he met, named Kylie. Dorina is nonchalant when she hears him rave about the girl. Lavinia calls Nico to tell him what happened and says she needed someone to talk to. In the end, she hangs up, part of an elaborate plan of her. Barbara is teaching a new talent of hers, who she plans to name Snow White (wtf?!?!). Rita is unsure of this, because the girl can't sing. Barbara is also thinking of using Rita against Lavinia, but Rita declines. Dorina comes over at Lavinia to apologize. After her speech, Dorina presented her with a garland of sampaguita. Lavinia throws this at Dorina's face and then slaps her; Lavinia doesn't want to compromise. Meanwhile, Adora founds out that she indeed has the cancer, and is afraid to die.

Specials

In addition to Bituing Walang Ningning episodes, two specials were aired in connection with this series.

Bituing Walang Ningning: Special Screening. A concert was presented at the Music Museum to introduce the cast, characters, and plot of the drama series. The concert featured songs from the official Bituing Walang Ningning soundtrack, and musical performances by cast members, particularly Sarah Geronimo, Angelika dela Cruz, Zsa Zsa Padilla, and Ai-Ai de las Alas. The concert was later aired on TV as a special episode of the ABS-CBN TV series Your Song on May 14, 2006—one day before the drama series began airing.

Himig ng Pasasalamat. A concert entitled Himig ng Pasasalamat (roughly translates to "Song of Thanksgiving") was presented at the Araneta Coliseum on September 19, 2006—a few weeks before the series was scheduled to end. Taping of the climactic Grand Showdown scenes between Dorina and Lavinia also took place at the same venue just prior to the concert. The thanksgiving concert itself was aired as a TV special on October 15, 2006.
