This is a list of episodes of the animated series Eek! The Cat. Also includes The Terrible Thunderlizards and Klutter! segments.
Season 1 (1992)
The 1992 season, when it was Eek! The Cat.

Eek tries hard to get something to eat. He swaps places with Mittens owned by a crazy old lady to get good food but her abusive antics are too much. She takes him to the zoo to see the vet. He returns to his family, realising how much they want him. | ||

Eek goes to the mall to get an autograph from the Squishy Bearz for Wendy Elizabeth. The Rat Pack show up impersonating the Bearz to hold the mayor's statue for ransom. Eek manages to save the statue and clear the Squishy Bearz name. | ||

Eek meets his love interest of a new neighbour, Annabelle. But her guard dog Sharky stands between the both of them. Cupid assists Eek to get Annabelle's attention. After many failed attempts, Eek finally succeeds. | ||
4 | "Eek vs. the Flying Saucers" | 3 October 1992 |
Eek is met by an alien who needs help for his Earth school project. The alien is actually a hideous monster called Vaulter who catnaps Annabelle. Eek hitches a lift in a space rocket and saves both Annabelle and the Earth. | ||

Eek rescues a bunny and it moves into Eek's house. The bunny gets Eek in trouble, while Eek discovers the bunny is an evil psycho, but Eek's owners throw Eek out. Eek pursues the bunny and rescues his owners from a bomb. | ||

Eek gets separated from J.B and Wendy Elizabeth during trick or treating. Eek meets a lost ghost called Crypty. Eek helps him to find his family but then has to rescue the ghosts along with J.B and Elizabeth from the clutches of a pretty witch. | ||

Eek and his family go on a trip to Uncle Vic. On the plane Eek is mistaken for a secret agent by a pretty enemy spy named Sasha. They are captured by the notorious brain, but they escape and put a stop to the brain's evil plot while Sasha develops a crush on Eek. | ||

Annabelle falls in the swimming pool. When Eek and Jacques L'Duck's try to save Annabelle, they get sucked down the plughole to a tropical island. The natives have made Annabelle their queen, but they are going to sacrifice her, so Eek decides to win her back. | ||

Singing Star Melvis is tired of his career, so he fakes his death in public. Melvis' manager tricks Eek to be Melvis for his personal profit. Much later Eek is going to have to attend his concert which Annabelle is coming to, but Melvis comes back to reclaim his career. | ||

While Eek and his neighbour kitten friends Mushi, Cushi and Ed wait for Sharky to leave, Eek tells then an adventure tale. Eek went on a treasure hunt and ran into real pirates. Together they ran into many perils on an island, but they got the lost treasure. | ||

Because Wendy Elizabeth got a bad mark for Geography, Mom takes the family on a cross country trip around the USA. On each stop, Eek gets left behind and hitches a ride. By the time they reach California the rest of the USA is cut off. | ||

It is Christmas and Eek discovers a package that falls out of Santa's sleigh and decides to give it to its rightful recipient. He goes on a hard journey to Dudd city, helping some unfortunate fellows along the way and receiving his own present in return. | ||

Today is Wendy Elizabeth's birthday and Eek gives her a termite farm. Later with aid from his pal Termee, Eek has to help the termites from a couple of spiders and help himself from an exterminator, Mom summoned. |
Season 2 (1993–1994)
The 1993–1994 season. The Terrible Thunderlizards was mixed in along with Eek, called: Eek! And The Terrible Thunderlizards. In the following list, "TTL" indicates a Terrible Thunderlizards cartoon.
NOTE: The Thunderlizards came on November 20, 1993, due to a bad coloring on one of the Thunderlizards.

Bill and Scooter discover a pit of tar and the Thuggasaurs discover a saucer ship. In that ship, Bill and Scooter meet a couple of alien chairs who are in need of the very tar the two cavemen discovered. | ||

Sharky is very depressed because he misses his family. Eek takes Sharky to find Santa to grant him his wish. However Santa's reindeer and elves have gone on strike due to lacking their fair share in Christmas. Eek and Sharky decide to help deliver all the presents. The pretty hard effort puts Christmas spirit into everyone. | ||

Bill and Scooter try to take shelter in Huckleberry's house, but the Thunderlizards come after them under the guise of exterminators. Amongst the chaos caused, Squat creates a spinach monster. | ||

Dino Scientists have created a female human they call Babs, designed to track Scooter and Bill and lead them to the Thunderlizards. But Babs has her own plans and the Thunderlizards are driven out by the Thuggasaurs. | ||

Bill and Scooter travel across the desert suffering drought. Meanwhile the Thunderlizards have stumbled upon a missile silo, the Thuggasaurs are going to use to blow Jurassic City. | ||

The Thunderlizards place spying tracking cameras, which Bill Scooter play with and then they find the Thuggasaurs gathering flowers to make explosives for Jurassic City, but they sabotage their mission. | ||

Eek, Annabelle, Elmo and the Squishy Bearz go camping up a mountain. But on the mountain is a bigfoot and some mysterious abducter, who snatches them one by one. Annabelle all by herself confronts the bigfoot, but she finds Sharky to be the abducter. |

Season 5 (1996–1997)
The 1996–1997 season of Eek! Stravaganza, which is also the final season. No new Klutter episodes were made, and because of this, 11 minute reruns from past seasons were aired with new episodes. In the following list, "TTL" indicates a Thunderlizards cartoon.
