Khan Kluay
Khan Kluay (voiced by Martin Short in English) is a blue elephant. His back is curved like banana stalk. He was selected to be war elephant of Naresuan. His mother's name is Sang Da and his father's name is Phu Pha who died in the war.
Chaba Kaew
Chaba Kaew (internationally known as Khan Sua, voiced by Miranda Cosgrove in English) is Khan Kluay's pink wife elephant. She is adopted by Ma Hud. Her children's name is Ton Oa and Ko Kaew. She is a kind elephant who has a flower on her left ear.
Jid Rid
Jid Rid (voiced by Carl Reiner in English) is a pigeon who is Khan Kluay's friend. His personality is talkative, funny, mad and proud. He communicates with Ayutthaya Kingdom. He isn't different from Khan Kluay's monitor.
Sang Da
Sang Da (voiced by Kate Simses in English) is Khan Kluay's mother who don't like humans because humans like to fight, but Khan Kluay attempts Sang Da to love human. She has been widowed because her husband died and was cremated. Sang Da died from sacrifice for her grandchildren.
Naresuan
Naresuan was the King of the Ayutthaya kingdom from 1590 until his death in 1605. Naresuan was one of Siam's most revered monarchs as he was known for his campaigns to free Siam from Burmese rule. During his reign numerous wars were fought against Burma, and Siam reached its greatest territorial extent and influence. Khan Kluay was selected to be Naresuan's war elephant.

Khan Kluay's family
Ton O and Ko Kaew
Ton O and Ko Kaew is Khan Kluay and Chaba Kaew's children. They were brought as hostage to Hongsawadi, but Khan Kluay took them back to Ayutthaya. At first time, Ton O and Ko Kaew didn't call Khan Kluay that "dad". Later, they called Khan Kluay that "dad".
Phang Nual
Phang Nual is Khan Kluay's grandmother and Phu Pha's mother. She named her grandson that "Khan Kluay".
Phu Pha
Phu Pha is Khan Kluay's father. He was a war elephant of Ayutthaya kingdom and died in Burmese–Siamese War (1568–1569) because he sacrificed for Sing Khorn, his friend and co-war elephant. Phu Pha met Khan Kluay on the heaven. The film proves that he has been cremated.
Marong Gang
Marong
Marong is the header of Marong Gang and always taunted Khan Kluay that he didn't have father. His skin's color is orange.
Ma Nok
Ma Nok is the member of Marong Gang. His skin's color is blue.
Bak Ued
Bak Ued is the member of Marong Gang. His skin's color is green.

Serm is the member of Marong Gang. Her skin's color is pink.
Five Children Elephants Group
Dui Dui
Dui Dui is proclaimed-header of the group. His skin color is blue. He always qaurrelled to Ko Phai.
Som Jid
Som Jid is the only female elephant of the group. Her skin color is pink.
Bai Bon
Bai Bon is the smallest elephant of the group. His skin color is green. His appearance look like the kattle.
Khao Mao
Khao Mao is the biggest elephant of the group. His skin color is brown. He is the most ravenous elephant of the group.
Ko Phai
Ko Phai is the child elephant from Hongsawadi, but now is in Ayutthaya. His skin color is purple. He always qaurrelled to Dui Dui. He claimed to be header of the group.
Ayutthaya Kingdom
Somdet Phra Ekathotsarot
Somdet Phra Ekathotsarot was Naresuan's younger brother. Later, he was the king of Ayutthaya Kingdom.
The Three Musketeers of Ayutthaya
The Three Musketeers is the best soldiers of Ayutthaya Army. They haven't failed any missions. In the movie, they have missions to bring Phra Suphan Kanlaya and Khan Kluay back to Ayutthaya.
Thin soldier
Thin soldier is the cleverest soldier of the group. He has mission to bring captives at Yodia Village back to Ayutthaya.
Medium soldier
Medium soldier is the strongest soldier of the group. He has mission to bring captives at Hongsawadi Weapons Factory back to Ayutthaya.
Fat soldier
Fat soldier is the fattest soldier of the group. He has mission to make bobbery at Hongsawadi Army at Kanbawzathadi Palace.
Sing Khorn
Sing Khorn is Phu Pha's friend and co-war elephant. Sing Khorn and Phu Pha had gone to war together for a long time. In a war, Sing Khorn was attempted killing by Nguang Daeng, but Phu Pha sacrificed by was killed instead by Nguang Daeng.
