Pumpkin Scissors (パンプキン·シザーズ Panpukin Shizāzu) is a 2006 Japanese anime television series based on a manga series by Ryoutarou Iwanaga of the same name. The series was produced by Gonzo and AIC, directed by Katsuhito Akiyama.[1] The opening theme is "Aoki Flamme" (蒼き炎(フランム)) by Yōko Takahashi, and the ending themes is "Mercury GO" (マーキュリー★GO) by Kana Ueda and Yukai na Nakama-tachi except for episode 18, where it is "Pumpkin Ondo" (パンプキン音頭) by Kana Ueda. It was broadcast in 30 episodes on Tokyo MX between October 2, 2006 and March 17, 2007. It is licensed by Funimation.[2]
The show began airing in English on Animax Asia from May 21, 2010 to June 23, 2010.
