Second Spouse of the Philippines (Tagalog: Ikalawáng Kabiyák ng Pilipinas) is an informal title for the spouse of the Vice-President of the Philippines, coined in relation to the First Spouse (who is almost always the consort of the President of the Philippines).
Several Second Spouses have themselves become First Spouses upon their respective husband's succeeding to the Presidency.
