List of churches in the Original Free Will Baptist Convention
The churches of the Convention of Original Free Will Baptists found their origin in the 1842 revision of the General Conference. This revision has since evolved into eight different conferences covering all or portions of 38 North Carolina Counties and several counties in South Carolina and southwest Georgia.
Albermarle Conference
The Albemarle Conference was organized in 1945 when as many as 17 churches from Central Conference decided to form a separate organization. Today the Albemarle Conference includes 14 churches and covers all or portions of Washington, Tyrell, Pasquotank, Hertford and Beaufort counties in northeastern North Carolina.

Cape Fear Conference
The Cape Fear Conference was organized in 1855. The churches in the Cumberland county area had belonged to the South Carolina Conference but felt the need to organize a conference closer to home. This new conference, though not yet a member of the General Conference of North Carolina, would begin exchanging fraternal delegates. Today 30 Original Free Will Baptist Churches call this conference home. These churches are located in the counties of Hoke, Moore, Cumberland, Sampson, Wayne, Johnston, Wake and Harnett and Lenoir.

Central Conference
At the 1895 session of the General Conference, a motion was passed to organize the conference into two bodies. As a result, the Central Conference was born and became the original Conference of North Carolina. Today the Conference gives membership to 45 churches and reaches into Halifax, Martin, Edgecombe, Pitt, Greene and Wilson Counties.

Eastern Conference
The second conference to emerge from the 1895 session of the General Conference would be known as the Eastern Conference. It is the largest of the eight conferences, consisting of 76 churches located in Wayne, Duplin, Onslow, Carteret, Jones, Pamlico, Beaufort, Craven and Lenoir Counties. The Eastern Conference also owns and operates Camp Vandemere located in Pamlico County.

The newest conference to join the Convention of Original Free Will Baptists is the Paul Palmer Conference. The southwest Georgia counties of Early and Baker are home to four churches.

Piedmont Conference
In 1943, thirteen churches from the Beaver Creek Association of South Carolina requested and received letters of dismissal in order to form their own conference. In 1944 the first official session of the Piedmont Conference was held. Today ten churches are located in the North Carolina Counties of Iredell, Forsyth, Guilford, Randolph, Richmond, Anson, Stanly and Cabarras.

Western Conference
The original division of the North Carolina General Conference came during the 1886 annual session. The Western Conference was formed using the Wilmington and Weldon Railroad as the dividing line.
