• A.R.G.U.S., a fictional sub-agency of U.S. Homeland Security in the DC Comics Universe. The acronym stands for "Advanced Research Group Uniting Super-Humans" in the comics, and "Advanced Research Group United Support" in the Arrow and The Flash TV series.

• The Inquisition from Warhammer 40,000 - Imperial secret police similar to the Spanish Inquisition

• Section 7 - An intelligence organization run by the UEO in seaQuest DSV. Captain Oliver Hudson referred to them as "Gestapo bastards.". The older patches read "Sector 7" instead of "Section 7", leading some to believe this to be their original name.
• Sector 7 - An intelligence organization in the 2007 Transformers movie, they discovered the All Spark and built the Hoover Dam around it to mask the energy emitted by the Cube. The name might be a reference to another Steven Spielberg produced series, seaQuest DSV.
