Rome is fourth biggest city in the European Union by population within city limits. City has three skyscrapers above 100 m (328 ft) (one building is still under construction) and some skyscrapers between 70 m (230 ft) and 100 m (328 ft), a total of about ten skyscrapers above 70 m (230 ft).
