"Little Miss Can't Be Wrong" is a song by the rock band Spin Doctors. It was the third track on their 1991 album Pocket Full of Kryptonite[1] and was also its second single.[2] AllMusic describes the song as "incessantly catchy".[1]

The single reached number 2 on Mainstream Rock Tracks and number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States;[3] number 23 on the UK Singles Chart; and number 27 in Ireland. Live versions of "What Time Is It?" and "Freeway of the Plains" were included as its B-sides.[4]

Billboard.com credits the song with the eventual commercial success of its parent album: "Pocket Full of Kryptonite had been around for nearly a year when MTV and radio began playing 'Little Miss Can't Be Wrong', but once they started playing it, they couldn't stop."[5]

During a 2011 performance for National Public Radio's World Cafe, lead singer Chris Barron commented that despite popular belief that the song was about an ex-girlfriend, it was actually written about his former stepmother.
