Liu Ailing (simplified Chinese: 刘爱玲; traditional Chinese: 劉愛玲; pinyin: Liú Àilíng; born June 2, 1967 in Baotou, Inner Mongolia) is a female Chinese football (soccer) player who competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics and in the 2000 Summer Olympics.

In 1996 she won the silver medal with the Chinese team. She played all five matches and scored one goal.

In 2000 she was a member of the Chinese team which finished fifth in the Olympic women's tournament. She played all three matches.

Talese reports that as of 2004 Liu was a high school sports teacher.
