Lloyd Stone
Lloyd Stone (June 29, 1912 – March 9, 1993) was an American poet who wrote the first two stanzas of the 1934 hymn This is My Song[1] [2] using the Finlandia Hymn melody composed by Jean Sibelius.
He also wrote several poems about Hawaii.[3]
