Lombrives is a large cave located in Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains, Ariège, southwestern France. It was first excavated in the late nineteenth century by Félix Régnault.[1] Lombrives holds the record for being the largest cave in Europe, and contains many rare minerals.[2] The cave has a length of 39 kilometres (24 mi).[3]
