London Square (property developer)

Royal Star and Garter Home, Richmond

London Square is a British property developer, which develops projects within the boundaries of the M25 motorway.

The company was started by Adam Lawrence, who is a former regional chairman of Barratt Homes.[1]

In July 2014, private equity firm Graphite Capital sold the company to fund manager Ares Management for £110 million, doubling its investment.[1]

The company is currently developing sites in Fulham, Putney and Teddington, and the Royal Star and Garter Home, Richmond, which it bought for £50 million in April 2013 and is converting into apartments.[2]
