Style of address

The style of address for the office of the Lord Mayors of Belfast, Cardiff, London, and York are styled as The Right Honourable. All other Lord Mayors are The Right Worshipful. This refers only to the post, rather than the person. (For example, Lord Mayor of London Jeffrey Evans, 4th Baron Mountevans would not assume prefix of the Right Honourable, but he would be referenced as "The Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of London.")[1]
