Lore is an award-winning, critically acclaimed podcast about non-fiction scary stories. Each episode examines historical events that show the dark side of human nature and is presented in a style that's been compared to a campfire experience. The series was created in 2015 by Aaron Mahnke and received the iTunes "Best of 2015" Award.[1]
The podcast typically airs on a bi-weekly basis and is usually released on a Monday.
Aaron Mahnke has announced that Lore is currently being adapted for television; with help of the producers of the hit television series The Walking Dead.
