Lori Tan Chinn
Lori Tan Chinn is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Mei Chang on the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black.[1][2]
Early life
Chinn was born in Seattle, Washington, and graduated from Franklin High School in 1966. She is of Asian descent.
