Lost Planet Airmen is a 1951 black-and-white American adventure film from Republic Pictures, which is a heavily edited-down version of their 1949 film serial King of the Rocket Men. The film was directed by Fred C. Brannon and written by Royal K. Cole and William Lively.

Lost Planet Airmen tells the tale of a scientist, a member of the group Science Associates, who uses a newly developed sonic-powered rocket backpack (mounted on a leather jacket with an attached streamlined flying helmet) in order to thwart the criminal activities of shadowy saboteur Dr. Vulcan and his henchmen.[1]
