Lottomatica Group S.p.A. was the old name of GTECH S.p.A., an Italian company active in the gaming business. The world's largest operator of lotteries[1] (its portfolio included Italy's Lotto game), Lottomatica also provided various other gaming services and related technologies.
It was controlled with a 59.8% stake by the De Agostini group.
