Lovington High School is the public senior high school of Lovington, New Mexico. Its colors are Royal Blue and White and their mascot is a Wildcat.[3]
Athletics
Lovington's athletic teams have had exponential success throughout the school's history, most notably the football team. The Wildcats football team has won a state record 18 state championships, more than any other high school in Mew Mexico.

- Shirley Hooper, New Mexico Secretary of State
 - Brian Urlacher, former All-Pro linebacker for Chicago Bears. Urlacher led the Wildcats to the 1995 AAA Football State championship. All-American linebacker for New Mexico Lobos football team.[4]
