Lucian Nethsingha
Lucian Nethsingha (born 1936) is a Sri Lankan born British cathedral organist, who served in Exeter Cathedral.[1]
Background
Lucian Nethsingha was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and educated at St. Thomas' College, Colombo. In 1954, he went to the Royal College of Music and studied with Ralph Downes and Herbert Howells.
He then studied music at King's College, Cambridge with Boris Ord and David Willcocks.
His son Andrew Nethsingha is also an organist.
