Lucius Cassius Hemina
Lucius Cassius Hemina, Roman annalist, composed his annals in the period between the death of Terence and the revolution of the Gracchi.
He wrote in Latin around 146 BC, including the earliest chronicle concerning the career of Mucius Scaevola.
The fragments of his works have been edited by Peter in Historicorum Romanorum Fragmenta, and more recently in a separate edition with commentary by Carlo Santini in I Frammenti di L. Cassio Emina: Introduzione, Testo, Traduzione e Commento (Testi e Studi di Cultura Classica, 13), Pisa: Edizioni ETS, 1995, ISBN 88-7741-850-8.
